Mission Statement
The Lay Lake Home Owners and Boat Owners (HOBO) Association is a grass roots citizens action group, that organized to keep Lay Lake a clean, safe and beautiful environment for all living things. This will be accomplished primarily through education, testing and clean up activities. Other items deemed important by the members will be addressed. The amount of involvement and the degree of dedication of each individual will determine the total success of our collective efforts.
